COMEDY

2025 was quite a year, I managed to write, produce, compose and tour a whole new show called ‘Tonguing’. A comedy science music show about the neuroscience of communication and connection in a polarized, post-pandemic world - a light topic! It was a real blast visiting venues old and new, and there’s a few dates coming up this year too, so keep an eye out on the socials. For bookings, please email enquiries@caryseleri.com.

ACTING

PRESENTING

Adding to my ever growing content on pagan origins of Halloween/Calan Gaeaf/ Samhain, 2025 saw me do another factual feature for BBC Sounds and BBC Radio Wales called Ghost Chapel, where I was a part of my first ever seance, live. It’s still available to listen to on BBC Sounds.

I presented Wales Book of the Year Awards in Sherman Theatre, which was a complete delight, even if I nearly did melt under a terribly chosen (but fabulous to look at) heavy, velvet and sequin dress aka the great wall of insulation, in the biggest heat wave I have ever known. Great night and what a joy to see an all female-win night!

This year I will be hosting in Hay Festival, and interviewing the incredible Miriam Margolyes. I may burst.

Having trained to be a druid with the Anglesey Druid Order in 2023, I have since held many ceremonies from naming ceremonies to funerals. I attend as many of the celtic celebrations throughout the year as I can with the Order on Ynys Môn, it’s a joy to have found home for my gigantic spiritual heart and amongst such a delightful array of gorgeous humans.
